Yes, Autumn season just arrived! I love this time of the year, because we still have some sunny days, but at the same time all the flavors and smells just seem more homemade and comfort. Apple, cinnamon, friends brunches, tea meetings and scones with raspberry jam (my favorite!)...they are enough to make me happy.
Winter toast with boiled egg

Com este sol todo ninguém acredita que estamos em Novembro, a verdade é que já apetecem os sabores fortes Invernais.
Ontem preparei uma tosta Invernal para o meu almoço, onde misturei uma série de ingredientes: espinafres, bacon, cebola caramelizada, queijo emmental ralado, mostarda dijon, ovo escalfado, azeite e oregãos.
Vou aproveitar o fim-de-semana para colocar ideias em ordem e divertir-me, porque a partir de segunda-feira espera-me uma nova rotina com a qual não podia estar mais entusiasmada.

With these sunny days no one believes we´re in November. The truth is I just think about winter flavors and comfort food.
Yesterday I prepared a Winter toast for my lunch with a lot of different ingredients: spinach, bacon, caramelized onion, grated emmental cheese, dijon mustard, boiled egg, olive oil and oregano.
This weekend I´ll organize my ideas and have some fun, because next Monday my daily routine will change and I´m super excited with it!
